Exterior
The spacious Texas barnodminium’s exterior is reminiscent of a traditional barn, however, is elevated by the classic and trendy white siding and dark accent features.
An evening view of the home shows off the many built-in lights which perfectly highlight the beautiful barndominium, which stands out against the night sky.
Shop
It’s uncommon that we would refer to the shop as stylish, however with the exposed dark framing mixed with the light walls and bare wood stairs and railing it is hard to ignore the trendy industrial look of the space. Beyond its appearance, the shop offers tons of storage and work areas.
Interior
While it may look rustic on the outside, the interior is sleek and modern. The home’s open layout allows for plenty of natural light to flow throughout. An immediate stand-out feature of this Chappell Hill, Texas barndominium by Mason Bro’s Construction is the light wood vinyl plank that covers the majority of the home.
Kitchen
The kitchen is complete with beautiful quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. This wonderful kitchen space flows perfectly into the living and dining areas, making entertaining a breeze.
The large kitchen island, painted in a heavenly navy blue, acts as the kitchen’s centerpiece and provides owners with tons of additional counter space for either meal prepping or dining.
To the right-hand side, we can see another custom feature, a built-in desk area. This space is great for a central work or homework station that keeps users in the middle of the action.
The final custom feature is arguably the best! A separate bar area, which mimics all the design and decor elements of the kitchen, is perfectly placed to be easily accessible but out of the way. Custom cabinetry, subway tiling, and open shelves effortlessly tie the bar into the kitchen area.
Pantry/Laundry Room
Tucked beside the kitchen, and behind a white sliding barn door, we find a multi-purpose pantry and laundry room.
Outfitted with tons of open shelves, floating shelves, and counter space, this pantry/laundry room combination is the perfect place to hide unsightly appliances, dirty laundry, and the likes.
Another angle provides a view of further storage as well as a cut-out for an additional fridge. Perfect for hosting parties or stocking up on supplies, this room is every bit as stylish as it is convenient.

Located off the main living area is the master bedroom, which also features design elements seen in the living room and kitchen. Mason Bro’s Construction incorporated stylish touches in every room from the beautiful vinyl plank floors to the white sliding barn door.
Looking in from the doorway, we can see an accent wall added. Though a subtle feature, a white shiplap wall brings in a ton of interest to the room and, with just a few additional personal touches, transforms the master bedroom into an owner’s retreat.
Master Ensuite
The luxurious feel of the master bedroom is continued and only overshadowed by the divine ensuite included in this Texas barndominium by Mason Bro’s Construction.
Custom cabinetry is also found in the master ensuite and is both beautiful and practical, thanks to the double sinks! A large, walk-in glass shower with white subway tile is the standout feature, while the tucked-away toilet and storage closets are obvious practical elements.
Continuing through the master ensuite, we make our way to a spacious walk-in master closet, where, you guessed it, we find more custom cabinetry! From multiple hanging areas to open shelves and drawers, there is no lack of space in this upgraded closet!
Guest Bedroom
Today’s featured Chappell Hill, Texas barndominium by Mason Bro’s Construction also has a guest bedroom. Spacious, neutral, and completely customizable, this guest room features built-in shelves and a lengthy walk-in closet of its own.
All this additional space can be used as a large guest room, nursery or child’s room, or even a home office. The closet is perfect for storing anything from additional linens to seasonal clothing!
Guest Bathroom
Finally, the guest bathroom is the final piece of the puzzle that makes up this amazing Chappell Hill, Texas, barndominium by Mason Bro’s Construction. Dark brown floor titles mix perfectly with the light walls, and custom cabinets, and the subway tiled tub and shower combo provide a sense of continuity with the rest of the home.
