Interior
Though we are only touring the interior of this Arkansas barndominium, it is safe to assume that the exterior is equally as impressive.
This Arkansas barndominium’s main living area is a spacious and open-concept floor plan. The back wall is covered in windows as well as a glass exterior door which is perfect for taking in the views of the nearby lake.
The dark ceiling and polished concrete floors are offset by the white walls. Where there was a risk of darkening the room, EProtect Restoration ensured the brightness was provided by the expansive windows.
Living Room – Arkansas Barndominium
The living room area is cozy and welcoming and the perfect space to play family games, enjoy a morning coffee, or cozy up with a good book!
This Arkansas barndominium features many small details that make big impacts! The exposed beam and all-black ceiling fans give the room an upgraded feel.
Kitchen – Arkansas Barndominium
The kitchen, though modest in size, is perfectly suited for this stunning Arkansas barndominium which serves as the Mirus’ vacation home. The clean white cabinetry is filled with all the storage necessary and the large island offers seating for the whole family.
The detailed backsplash quickly becomes the kitchen’s focal point, where additional features such as the floating shelves and gold-lined lighting subtly add a luxurious touch.
The color choices found throughout this Arkansas barndominium were clearly intentional and provide just the right amount of contrast and color! The island seating colors can be picked up in other areas, such as the floating shelves and cooper detailing.
The kitchen in this Arkansas barndominium is definitely one of the home’s most planned out features, and that is easily evident in the smaller details. The cooper finished tap and soap dispenser are just another example of the features working together to create a statement!
A coffee bar has been incorporated into the cabinetry area and serves not only as functional but also stylish. Open shelves allow everyday items to be used as decor, and with so much storage surrounding the area, any unsightly appliances can be quickly hidden.
Furry friends were also thought of in this Arkansas barndominium’s design! A tucked-away drawer for dog dishes is an ideal way to keep the room clean and clutter-free at all times.
Bedrooms – Arkansas Barndominium
There are three bedrooms located in the Mirus’ Arkansas barndominium. The first is a cozy and beautifully decorated master bedroom that is evidently as cozy and relaxing as it appears.
A second large guest room also features a large window and cozy furniture for its occupants.
The final guest bedroom is a perfect choice for any vacation home as it allows for additional guests and family members to be hosted.
Opting for customized built-in bunkbeds, this guest space is anything but ordinary.
Comfortably sleeping a number of overnight visitors, this Arkansas barndominium’s guest room is a far cry from a child’s room. With options for even more bedding, there is no reason why one couldn’t comfortably host family and friends!
Bathrooms – Arkansas Barndominium
There are two bathrooms located in the Mirus’ Arkansas barndominium, both of which were designed with function and style in mind!
What appears to be the master ensuite, this bathroom is simple yet practical and features his and her sinks and plenty of storage. The large custom cabinetry is perfect for storing anything from towels to extra linens or cleaning supplies.
Behind the door, there are a number of open shelves that further the options for storage.
The shower head is something to be awed by! With multiple features, relaxation awaits in this large and bright shower area.
The guest bathroom is almost identical to the master ensuite. While it doesn’t feature the cabinetry storage areas, the bathroom offers all the same luxuries as the master.
There is still plenty of space for towels and more, and most importantly, the guest bathroom features the same envious showerhead!
While we didn’t have a chance to view the exterior of this Arkansas barndominium, we are impressed by the stunning interior area. There is no doubt that the Mirus’ enjoy every bit of this Arkansas barndominium any time they are there!
