About the Barndominium Plan

This spacious floor plan delivers over 6,100 square feet of living space spread across two floors with a Barndominium-style exterior. This design is exclusive to Architectural Designs and is available in 2×6 exterior walls as an upgrade.
An 8′-deep, covered porch spans three sides of the home to make the most of outdoor living, while two-story ceilings above the great room and dining area create a spacious interior for entertaining friends and family.
The gourmet kitchen provides plenty of workspace and a large range with an adjacent utility area that combines the pantry, laundry, and mudroom into one convenient space.
The master bedroom is comfortably located on the main level with a deluxe wet room in the ensuite. A guest bedroom and toy room complete the first floor.
Each of the four bedrooms upstairs include two walk-in closets and they share a Jack-and-Jill bath. An office can also be found for the work-at-home resident or as a homework station for kids.
