Tennessee Shouse: Black and White Exterior
This Tennessee shouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home with an open floor plan and a bonus room that can be used for tons of different things. With an exterior that has been customized to perfection. Built on a 50 by 90 slab making it the perfect living space for any family.
The exterior of the house has a lot of character, you can’t go with white siding featuring black-trimmed windows and a solid black roof. The combination is classic but stunning. Making this the perfect little piece of heaven for anyone. Take note of the attached shop and its separate roof slope. I feel this really helps this Tenneessee home have so much more charm.
Another feature of this home is the wrap-around porch. Using natural wood for the columns as well as the underneath. Also, can we talk about the beautiful chandelier? If I had to pick one thing about this home I love I think this would be it. It hangs right underneath the entrance of the front doors. Really welcoming the guest as they come and visit.
Tennessee Shouse: Living and Kitchen
Step into a large and open entry space in this farmhouse-style home. Making this entry huge and allowing plenty of space for family and friends to gather and make memories together. I love the open floor plan this home offers. Also, notice the second floor is visible from anywhere in this kitchen and living room. This makes you feel like you are always together no matter where you are in the home.
With an island to cook and eat on, this space would be a dream come true for someone who loves spending lots of time in their kitchens!
From the kitchen, you can see a large stone fireplace that will be the perfect place to spend your evening. The living room has the perfect space for a large sectional couch allowing plenty of space as well for a recliner.
The elegant design of this home is enhanced by the beautiful flooring that runs through every room. The natural, lasting colorfulness only adds to its charm and beauty!
Tennessee Shouse: Pantry
With a walk-in pantry, the owners of this home really made perfect use of their space. It’s great for storing all those larger kitchen appliances and food items! The white walls make it easy to see what you have stored within these shelves too – no more going through drawers or running around looking for that one item you need. The counter area could also be used as a coffee bar keeping your kitchen counters less cluttered.
Tennessee Shouse Washroom
If you have an active family with small children like this owner does then you going to need a washroom with a sink and counter. This setup allows you to prewash stains out of clothes as well as gives you a space to fold your laundry once it comes out of the dryer.
Tennessee Shouse: Master Bedroom and Bath
A large master bedroom with ceilings that bring a rustic farmhouse feels to the inside that we see also on the outside. The master bathroom has a barn sliding door that takes you right into an oasis of a garden tub and a perfect shower area.
The bathroom is a wonderland for anyone who loves to take long showers or soak in the tub after a long day. The owners wanted a BIG open master bathroom. They used the best of their space and added a soaking tub, and a large shower as well as his and her sinks. The bathroom cabinets allow plenty of space to store essentials and beside the shower is a closet with solid black doors for storing towels and linens.
The shower has the feature of a rain shower head and all faucets are delta. With a built-in shelf on the side to store all your shampoo, conditioner, and soaps.
Tennesse Shouse: Upstairs Loft Area and Bedrooms
With access to the upstairs from the entryway that has stairs that are tucked along the wall making the upstairs accessible right as you come into the front entry. Painted solid white and using the same flooring for the top of the stairs. Making the stairway look very clean and elegant.
Once you are up the stairs you are in the loft area. This area could be used for lots of things. The possibilities are endless. From office space to a game room for your kids the loft area has an abundance of space to make more of your living area in this house.
The upstairs area has two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom conjoining them. Each entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom has its own sink space and a closet separating them. Using black cabinets and a white countertop with a toilet and bathtub on the opposite wall.
Tennessee Shouse: Shop
Measuring at 40×50 this shop added on was the perfect addition to this shouse. Check out those large black exterior doors that allow you the room and space for larger vehicles and boats. Storing is a lot easier when you can do it on your own property. This shop also has the ability to store things outside with its covered side hanging section. Allowing you to keep your chopped wood dry and safe to use in the fireplace during those cold nights.
